Pregnancy After Loss: Pregnancy Support Scans
Our Pregnancy Support Scans are specially designed for parents who are pregnant again following a pregnancy loss or difficult pregnancy. Where parents have had a pregnancy loss, a new pregnancy may be filled with questions and uncertainty and wondering. There may be thoughts about previous events and worry that events may occur again. Perhaps even having a scan may be daunting.
At the Aster Baby Scan Clinic, we understand these concerns. We understand the importance of a positive scan experience and are committed to supporting families through a subsequent pregnancy where there has been a pregnancy loss.
All Pregnancy Support Scans will be performed by Dr Bamfo.
Expert Midwifery support is provided by Tracey McGrath, an Independent Bereavement Midwife.
Tracey is a Registered Midwife with over 12 years’ experience and runs a support group called “Forever a Parent”. She is passionate about supporting parents and is available to contact as a support for your pregnancy and the Pregnancy Support Scans if you wish at no cost. Her services are free.
We do not need a referral but we are happy to see you if you are referred from you GP
